I offer once weekly open ended or time limited psychotherapy on the same day and time each week. The initial consultation is a face-to-face meeting where we will explore what brings you into therapy and the best way forward for you.

Coming for the first time can be nerve wracking. The consultation may be longer than the usual 50-minute session to give you the time and space to talk and explore what’s best for you.

Recognising you’re struggling emotionally and seeking help is the beginning of something better for yourself and your relationships. Talking regularly to someone in a non-judgemental space can bring great comfort, freedom and healing. My experience suggests that whilst symptoms can point to something being out of balance, they also contain the seeds of recovery and change.

 I offer a few low cost places to students and those on low income when available.
